The Megaformer
Studio Revolution is the only fitness boutique on the Northshore featuring The Megaformer. This revolutionary machine evolved from the classical Pilates reformer. It provides spring resistance which keeps muscles engaged throughout the entire work out targeting slow twitch muscle fibers which are scientifically proven to burn more fat and create longer leaner muscle tone. Though slow and controlled movements and fast transitions between exercises The Megaformer allows you to train at a much higher intensity challenging the cardiovascular system in ways classical Pilates cannot. With hundreds of moves and resistance options, every class is different so you will never get bored. Additionally because of the versatility of the exercises and the tension, your body won’t ever plateau, which happens often with other exercises.

Meet Your Trainers
Christina Mills, Doctor of Physical Therapy - Owner
Christina received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006. Her passion has always been in health and fitness and helping people reach their goals. She first discovered the Lagree Method 8 yrs. ago in Lafayette, LA. She had just given birth to her first son and was having horrible low back pain.
As a Physical Therapist she knew she had to find a workout that would improve her core strength but at the same time give her an incredible workout. That is when she discovered the Lagree Method and was hooked. After 2 months at the studio, her low back pain was gone. Because of the major transformation the workout did to her body, she continued practicing the method.
Christina will swear to you that she has done hundreds of different workouts but none compare to The Lagree Method. She is so excited to be the first person to bring the Lagree Method on the Megaformer to the Northshore!

Lindsey Berns
Raised in Covington, LA, Lindsey grew up enjoying all the things the Northshore has to offer. Graduating from LSU with a Bachelor’s in Finance, she currently spends her weekdays working in Corporate Accounting.
Playing both softball and volleyball, staying active has always been a huge part of her life. Even now, she still enjoys keeping her body moving and spends much of her spare time playing beach volleyball and attending Lagree classes. Fitness has always been something that helps her feel strong, energized, and balanced, and she has always been drawn to workouts that challenge both the body and mind.
Lindsey discovered Lagree randomly after passing by Studio Revolution one day and deciding to give it a try. She loved the idea of walking into a class where she could fully focus on the workout while being guided through it. From her very first class, she was hooked as she fell in love with how challenging, effective, and empowering Lagree is. It quickly became something she genuinely looked forward to. That passion inspired her to become a Lagree Level 1 Certified Instructor.
What she loves most about teaching is helping clients discover just how strong and capable they are, both physically and mentally. Lindsey says there’s nothing better than watching someone grow more confident, push past limits they didn’t think they could overcome, and truly transform their mind and body over time. Being able to motivate, encourage, and support people through that journey is something she is incredibly passionate about, and it’s a big reason why she loves being a trainer so much!
