INDIVIDUAL CLASSES

 

Please be aware class packages have expirations.

1 class expires 30 days from purchase - 5 classes expire 30 days from purchase

10 classes expire 60 days from purchase - 15 classes expire  90 days from purchase

Individual classes have expirations. Other individual classes available.  Please contact us for details.

CONTRACTS

 

For each contract you will be billed monthly. Please be aware that all contracts auto renew. To stop auto renewal of your contract, you must contact the studio at least 1 week prior to the end of the contract.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class so that your instructor can give you a brief orientation on the Megaformer.

  • Grip socks are required for class. If you do not have a pair we have some available for purchase in the studio.

  • You must be 16 years or older to attend class. If you are under 18 we require a signature from a parent or guardian.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To not be penalized for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation 10 hours before your class begins. You can cancel your reservation in the following way:

Log into your account and click into your schedule, then click cancel next to the class that you wish to cancel. This must be received 10 hours before your scheduled class begins to avoid a cancellation fee. No phone or email cancellations.

Late cancel: If you cancel your class within 10 hours of the class beginning you will be charged $15.

No Show: If you cancel your class within 1 hour of the class beginning or if you do not cancel and do not show, you will be charged $20.

Our classes are very limited and we must adhere to our cancellation policy, there will be no exceptions.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients.
