Stacie Tillery

Stacie has worked in both the fitness and healthcare fields since earning a degree in Educational Psychology & Pre-Physical Therapy from Mississippi State University. After taking time away to focus on parenting her three children while they were young, she is again working in the rehabilitation field and has also returned to school to become a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Believing that healthy movement is essential for a healthy life, Stacie enjoys a variety of exercise types such as strength training, walking, aerial yoga, and running. She experienced a Lagree Fitness workout for the first time at Studio Revolution and was surprised to find such an efficient workout session that combined strength, cardio, AND flexibility training into every single movement. She could tell by the very next day that she had challenged her body in an incredible new way! She immediately started training in the Lagree Method and is thrilled to be joining these instructors who all strive for excellence as they motivate, instruct, and encourage YOU.
